Authorized use
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and devices secure, and use the service only for legitimate community purposes. Access rights depend on your verified account, unit relationship, and permissions assigned by community management.
Access passes and security
QR codes and visitor permits are personal security credentials. Do not publish or transfer them except through the app's intended sharing functions. Community security may reject, suspend, rotate, or investigate a permit when needed to protect the community.
Requests, content, and payments
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content. Service-request timing depends on staff and provider availability. Payment checkout is available only when enabled by the server; provider terms, amounts, and confirmation shown during checkout also apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, emergencies, or third-party services may interrupt it. We may update features and these terms, and will publish material changes through the service or this page.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security, fraud, misuse, expired residency, or community-policy reasons. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions concerning security, lawful records, and responsibility survive where applicable.
