Email info@smart-community360.com and include the email address registered to your account, a short description of the issue, and the screen where it occurred.
For your security, never send your password, verification code, payment-card details, or a private access QR code by email.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option in the app. Invitations and verification messages are sent to your registered email address. Check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
